Terms of Service

These terms cover Nepali Bus Game, its public website, Creator Portal, Mod Studio, and related services operated by Dark Matter Game Production Pvt. Ltd., Nepal (the studio, we, or us). Read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts and access
By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services. Meet the age requirements of applicable law, your app store, and any sign-in provider you choose. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms yourself, your parent or legal guardian must agree and supervise your use where permitted by law.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Staff and administration tools are restricted to people we authorize. Access to a creator account does not grant access to staff tools.
2. Using the services
We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the game for personal entertainment and to use our creator tools for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and any applicable creator agreement. The studio and its licensors retain their rights in the game, software, branding, and other studio content.
- Do not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate rewards or purchases, or disrupt other players or our infrastructure.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or moderation, or distribute malware.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading material, or share another person’s private information without permission.
- Use only content, models, music, branding, and other material you own or have permission to use. Follow applicable laws and platform rules.
Authorized mod creation and testing through our tools is allowed. This permission does not authorize cheating, modifying other people’s work without permission, or bypassing the game’s security.
3. Mods and creator services
Creators remain responsible for their uploads, listing information, permissions, and conduct. Listings and releases may be checked, reviewed, rejected, restricted, or removed for safety, quality, legal, or policy reasons.
Creators must separately review and accept the versioned Creator Terms shown in the Creator Portal. Those terms govern creator licensing, revenue shares, earnings, payout eligibility, and related obligations, and take precedence for those subjects. This page does not replace that agreement or set a new payout rate.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Prices and applicable purchase conditions are shown before a transaction. App-store purchases are also subject to the relevant store’s terms and payment process. Check compatibility and listing information before buying a mod.
In-game money, Diamonds, vehicles, and other virtual items are licensed for use within the game; they are not a bank balance or a general right to exchange them for cash. Eligible creator earnings are handled separately under the Creator Terms. Refund requests are handled under applicable law, store rules, and the conditions of the relevant transaction. These terms do not remove any mandatory refund or consumer rights.
5. Availability and responsibility
Beta and testing versions can contain bugs, unfinished features, interruptions, or progress changes. We may update the services and require compatible versions. Back up your original creator files; an uploaded or test build is not a substitute for your own backup.
We may restrict or suspend access to investigate misuse, protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Contact us if you believe an action was taken in error.
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for indirect losses to the extent the law permits their exclusion. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Third-party services
App stores, sign-in providers, advertising services, community platforms, and external websites have their own terms and privacy notices. Follow the terms that apply when you use those services. An external link does not mean the studio controls that service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where applicable law requires additional notice or agreement for a material change, we will follow those requirements. Contact us if you have questions before continuing to use a changed service.
